LEADERSHIP  IMPACT! is a monthly web conference between Homebuilding company owners or their appointee (such as a General Manager, CEO, or COO),  and their SMA principal consultant. Leadership IMPACT! is a great way to begin a consulting program with SMA or to address a single “pain point” or particular  topical area.

TIMING: Monthly 60-75 minute web conferences aimed at the client’s agenda, and  scheduled for a consistent week/day/time each month.
