SMA Certification Training Programs are our long-format, in-depth curriculum providing both newcomers and seasoned industry veterans a complete understanding of the SMA “by-the-numbers” and best-practice philosophy that has propelled so many of our client-builders to professional and financial success, as well as the specific knowledge and skills that their individual roles demand.

Unlike two and four year university “construction” programs, SMA Certification Training is 100% focused on the residential building side of the greater construction industry. Our carefully curated classes deliver highly specialized knowledge required to build and deliver new homes in a fraction of the time, and at a fraction of the cost.
These longer-format programs do of course require more focus and commitment from your attendees (and your company) than our short-term workshops or live events, but your personnel will be rewarded with a scope of knowledge specific to the residential housing industry that is literally b not available anywhere else in this format.
