Workshop Description – Come and learn the tools for developing an accurate operating budget and the use of a work in progress report (WIP) for managing your jobs. We will be using and demonstrating an Excel based budgeting tool so bring your laptops. Upon registration you will be provided with a list of materials or information to bring with you to the workshop so that you can take a giant step toward establishing the sort of budget that will drive your business decisions and profitability.

Audience – Accounting Managers, Company Owners and Senior Officers 

Format – This is a one day session, starting at 9 AM and concluding at 5 PM. It is usually limited to 10 attendees to allow us to address the personal needs of each attendee throughout the program. 

Special Workshop Inclusions – Each attending company is given, as part of the registration fee, a copy of both the SMA Small Volume Builder’s Ultimate Budgeting Tool and the SMA Work in Process Tool. These Excel based, macro laden software products will be the teaching focus of the workshops.
