Workshop Description - Come and learn the tools for managing your small volume or custom building company. We will be using and demonstrating an Excel based work in progress so bring your laptops. Upon registration you will be provided with a list of materials or information to bring with you to the workshop so that you can take a giant step toward preparing and using a work in process and other financial reports that will drive your business decisions and profitability. 

Audience – Accounting Managers, Company Owners and Senior Officers

Format – This is a one day session. Starting at 9 AM and concluding by 5 PM. It is offered in a small group setting. In most cases, we limit the attendance to 10 participants or less so that we can address the personal needs and questions of each attending company.

Special Workshop Inclusion – Each attending company will be given, as part of the workshop fee, a copy of either the SMA Work in Process Spreadsheet This Excel based, macro laden software products will be the teaching focus of the workshops.
