This, new for 2008, program is two days of intense systems development and procedure education for homebuilders doing up to about 50 homes per year.  It features organization and control techniques in sales and marketing (including product development), financial management (including purchasing), production management (including warranty) and human resource management.  Our goal is for each attendee to leave with the tools to organize and better manage all aspects of their business.   Hands on report templates and forms will be a cornerstone of all areas of this program.
