Workshop Description - Learn to hire slow, fire fast and minimize your risk of getting anything but an “A” player on your team. Once they are on your team you will learn how a good training and motivational system will maximize the return on your HR investment. This workshop will use the SMA HR Manual template as a tool. The SMA HR Manual template includes job descriptions, accountability measures, performance appraisals and employee bonus systems, interview guides and a template employee or personnel policy manual. You will learn to develop your hiring and termination procedure checklists and how to recruit the right players for the right positions on your team. A special section on why using personality and skills testing during the hiring process is key to your HR success.
Audience – This workshop is intended for those team members responsible for managing the HR processes within your firm. Including HR managers, CFO and Controllers and senior managers and company owners.
Format – This is a one day session starting at 9 AM and concluding at 5 PM. It is limited to 10 attendees to allow us to address the personal situations of each attendee throughout the program.
