Bob Whitten: Director of Operations. Bob was the CFO and COO for Wayne Homes of Ohio. In this position he ran a 35 person back office support staff for a builder of over 600 homes per year. Operating exclusively on scattered sites, Wayne developed the systems responsible for their reputation as one of America’s best and most profitable builders. You can enjoy those same systems.
Russel Neumann: Director of Estimating & Purchasing. Russel also worked at Wayne Homes helping them achieve legendary gross profit numbers near 35% without any land profit inclusions. He also was VP of Purchasing & Estimating for Mercedes Homes, Brevard County Division that averaged 900 homes per year during his tenure.
Patrick Miller: Director of Design & Drafting. Patrick, also a Wayne Homes veteran was responsible for value engineering the product and managing the specifications to allow for the Wayne success. For a decade, he also worked with Hunter Homes of Alabama, one of the largest and most successful builders in the southern states. His expertise includes design center development, realtor relations and marketing to the target buyers within any product niche.
