Special Management Message: Written in September 2006

As I travel the country working with builders to streamline their design studio operations and increase option sales, I often overhear this conversation:

The salesperson says "... no, that's not how we sell that option"

Special Management Message: Written in April 2006

The message this week takes the form of a Q and A. The question came in several weeks ago after one of our live conferences from an SMA Advisory Board client, the response is from SMA Partner Joe Stoddard who used to deal with these production issues hands-on. The government is just as aware of the strained housing market in America as builders are, and is taking steps toward some big changes in the coming months - for both builders and consumers.

In 3rd grade he was sketching houses, and by 10th grade he was designing them for a living from vocational school. Patrick further put this passion to use at his internship and later part time job, drafting public schools for Foreman & Bashford. He graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Interior Space Planning with a focus on Architectural History... [Continued]

SMAConsulting.net and BTGConferences.com have merged together into one website! We may have overhauled our website, but our mission remains the same: “Our Mission is Your Success.” The redesign of our site should enhance your online experience with us by improving ease of use, offering better content, and displaying current announcements. In fact, please check back right here often; as SMA will be updating this page weekly with current events, where our consultants are at, as well as new product and conference offerings.

Our conferences, workshops, and webinars (all formerly on BTG Conferences.com) can now be found by clicking the "Services" button on the side bar on the left of your screen and selecting "Educational" from the menu that appears.

If you are looking for our PDP services or surveys they can be found by selecting "Services" as well, and then clicking "Personnel".

In addition to everything else, our online store is now up and fully operational!

Let us know that you stopped by with an email telling us what you think of our new look.
